JR Business Analyst I

• Assist in Database / System Administrator to provide guidance, support, recommendations, and solutions for a BI environment including integration, preliminary analysis, monitoring supply chain activities for warehouse distribution.

• Good problem analysis, testing and teamwork skills in supporting company's ERP SX enterprise and other related software solutions.

• Documenting business processes, identifying business requirements, prioritizing requests, defining project plan and resource requirements.

• Ensures availability of accurate reports in timely manner to senior management and relevant departments.

• Develops queries, code, interfaces, reports and/or other functionality as needed, and where possible develops systematic formal controls for maintaining data integrity/security to encourage proper data entry and access.

• General relational database and/or 4GL Progress DB, relevant knowledge of BI solutions in sales, marketing, accounting and finance.

• A candidate should be willing to learn, research MIS publications, work with the support teams to continuously improve the environment, and setup documentation and training for sales force with current and new BI solutions.

Required qualifications:
Experience in a complex, midsize company environment with supply chain management and wholesale warehouse distribution.

Hyperion Administration, Hyperion Reports, Database Administration, Systems Administration, Data Warehousing. Hyperion ESSBASE.

INFOR's ERP SX enterprise, TWL, e-buy, eStoreFront, SQL ODBC and query and administration.

Experience with relational database concepts and design.  Very good understanding and knowledge of data warehousing concepts

Ability to work with multiple levels of business and IT management

Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong personal ethics and high level of service and integrity
