Call Center Agent

We are seeking motivated individuals to work in our Los Angeles branch located in Santa Fe Springs, California. The qualified candidates will be performing a variety of duties related to customer service and responding to inbound calls with customer inquiries. Duties include receiving inbound calls for all Coaster branches, taking and entering orders for all customers, checking inventory availability for all Coaster branches, processing print orders and sending orders to appropriate branches for handling, and other clerical duties as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor.

Interested candidates must have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in order desk, phone related or in a call center environment
  • Strong oral/written communication skills, Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
