We are seeking reliable & motivated individuals to work in our Chicago branch located in Bensenville. Under direct supervision of the Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor assigns job tasks to employees according to loading and unloading, receiving and/or shipping schedules, move materials or products to storage areas and adjusts work procedures to meet loading or unloading, receiving and/or shipping schedules. Also will track employee hour requirements for completion of job assignments and suggests areas of improvement. May also be involved in employee discipline/performance management.
Requires warehouse experience, including 1-3 years hands-on supervisory, HS diploma or equivalent, excellent communication/interpersonal skills, PC skills preferred.
NOTE: This is an entry-level position. Salary is between $23,000 and $28,000 / yr.
