Congratulations to Karen Lugo-Merejilido and Shawanda Mains on being recognized as outstanding employees by their peers in Coaster Atlanta for 2008. The Peer Recognition Award Program allows employees to express their appreciation to one colleague in the Office and one in the Warehouse who have exhibited outstanding performance in a variety of areas: Having a great attitude, positive work ethic and good outlook toward Coaster and its Customers. These individuals are very dependable and have proven themselves to be a real team player. They can always be counted on to get the job done and are always wearing a smile. Karen Lugo is a CSR in the Will Call department. She also supports Special Accounts when asked to do so. Karen has worked at Coaster for two years and is best described by her co-workers: “Karen is a great team player with a beautiful spirit. She is very helpful and friendly to our customers. Karen is a lovely lady who takes pride in everything that she does.” Shawanda Mains is the Atlanta Order Manager and provides support to both the Will Call and Shipping departments. She has been with Coaster for 5 years, and as stated by her co-workers: “Shawanda is always pleasant to work with. What I see in Shawanda is gold. She does all she can to satisfy our customers.” Coaster Atlanta is proud to have these two special people working with them. To be recognized by their peers is very special.
